The necklace is thicker and heavier than I expected. That being said, it appears to be well made and of high quality, I get compliments constantly on the necklace. The only problem may be if this necklace is being purchased by or for a male with a beard, since it is a braided style necklace it might get caught on facial hair near the neck, ouch!

You clearly see the engraved (925) mark representing 92.5% sterling silver.. Hope it does not darken over time The locking mechanism is super sturdy and the thickness is just about right (5.5mm) for me.. The packaging is slick and you get to have a promo code of 11% discount on your upcoming purchases.. I ordered it from Amazon and it was shipped to Saudi via UPS..
